The story began back in Moss
BAZA is not a new project created after one successful social media campaign.
We have known this shop for years.
As early as 2018 Radio Wataha visited BAZA operating in Moss. Even then we wrote about fresh Polish bread, doughnuts, sweet buns, products for traditional Polish dishes and a wide assortment imported for the Polish community.
Later the Moss operation was moved to Oslo.
