About the business

AJNA Shadowlight — meet Agata Klingenberg AJNA Shadowlight is a practice run by Agata Klingenberg, focused on Reiki, spirituality and intuitive practices. Her motto “Mer harmoni i hverdagen” means “More harmony in everyday life”. Agata directs her offer to people seeking a moment of calm, reflection on their own experiences and exploration of spiritual practices. In her work she emphasizes the importance of conversation, an individual approach and respect for the participant's boundaries. What's in the offer? According to the information on AJNA Shadowlight's listing, the offer includes: - Reiki and remote sessions — a practice Agata describes as working with energy. - Tarot — meetings based on card symbolism and its interpretation. - Akashic Records readings — a practice within the realm of spiritual beliefs. - Runes — interpretation of symbols in the context of the participant's questions. - Spiritual consultations — conversations about personal path and searching. - Energetic home cleansing — a service of spiritual and ritual character. - Intuitive oils, intention candles and other products — for availability and details contact Agata directly. What does a Reiki session look like? A meeting begins with a conversation about the participant's needs and expectations. Next, as Agata describes, a session takes place with hands placed on selected points or held above the body. Depending on how the session progresses, Agata also uses stones, sounds, oils, sage and guided visualization or meditation. At the end there is time to discuss individual sensations. The participant can ask questions, report discomfort and stop the session at any time. Before the meeting it is advisable to agree on the accepted scope of touch and to inform about sensitivity to scents or smoke. Training and personal journey Agata lists certificates for completing trainings including Usui Ryoho Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Gold Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Violet Flame Reiki, as well as a course in reading the Akashic Records.
