About the business
I run a home massage clinic in Sarpsborg where I focus primarily on therapeutic massage, pain therapy, and improving my patients' mobility and quality of life. I am a massage technician with 13 years of professional experience acquired at a county rehabilitation hospital in Poland. I worked with patients in the neurology, rheumatology and orthopedics wards, as well as in general rehabilitation. Thanks to that I have experience working with people suffering, among other issues, from back pain, muscle tension, limited mobility, overuse injuries, degenerative changes, and problems requiring rehabilitation after injuries and neurological diseases. In my practice I perform classic and therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, hot stone relaxation massage, vacuum cupping therapy, traditional cupping, and kinesiotaping. I also use manual therapy techniques and therapeutic freestyle, tailoring my approach individually to the patient's needs. I do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Before a treatment I talk with the patient, assess their complaints, and select the appropriate techniques. My goal is not only temporary muscle relaxation but above all pain reduction, improved mobility, and helping the patient in daily functioning. In my work I am guided by experience, safety, and an individual approach to each patient.
