EXTRA Jessheim is now looking for an engaged store manager to lead our great team. We want an inspiring and engaged leader with relevant experience from grocery retail or retail trade. We hope and believe you place great emphasis on good customer service, as good customer interactions are among the things we see as most important :-). As store manager you have overall responsibility for operations and work together with the employees to maintain our good working environment. EXTRA Jessheim has a truly motivated staff group who will help you run a good store and ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience every time they visit us.

What will you do?
As store manager you have the overall responsibility for operations, results and personnel, and will be a visible and motivating leader in everyday work. You create results through a positive attitude, thorough work and good leadership both in the store and in encounters with customers. Tasks such as recruitment, training, follow-up and development naturally accompany the position. Last but not least, it is important that you create a good environment and a pleasant store for our customers to visit, by inspiring and motivating those who work with you.

What do we want from you?

• We want you to have experience as an assistant store manager or store manager.
• It is important that you motivate and create engagement and well-being among your employees.
• You are genuinely concerned with customer service and contribute to creating good results on our ongoing customer surveys.
• It is desirable that you have relevant leadership experience in retail, preferably in the grocery sector.
• You are motivated by creating good financial results.
