We are looking for a pedagogical employee/assistant in a 50 % position (temporary substitute position) from 2.11.26!

We are looking for someone who is:

• Committed to creating a safe, exciting, educational and varied everyday life for the children who attend us.

• Interested in the "real and close life" on the farm and in the forest, and who sees the value of children being able to challenge themselves both physically and mentally.

• Full of drive, eager, spontaneous, positive and willing to "pitch in".

• Interested in outdoor life and love being outside in all kinds of weather

• Very interested in taking the children on activities with animals, in the kitchen garden, on the farm and in the forest.

• Committed to creating good relationships with children, parents and colleagues

• Independent, stable, confident and have good collaboration skills

• Committed to a good working environment where we see and lift each other.

  Personal suitability, stability and references will be given great weight

Requirements for qualifications:

• class B driving licence

• Good Norwegian skills, spoken and written.

• A valid police certificate must be submitted and approved before start
