Tysvær municipality is seeking an engaged and development-oriented advisor in a 100 % permanent position for our professional environment within water and wastewater.
The position has a central role in the management of the municipality's water and wastewater services and includes case handling, follow-up of municipal fees, use and further development of digital specialist systems, as well as contact with residents, contractors and partners.

The position also has an important role in the administration and quality assurance of the municipality's water and wastewater fees, and contributes to ensuring that invoicing and subscriber data are of high quality.
Your most important tasks
- Responsible for preparation, control and quality assurance of the basis for municipal water and wastewater fees
- Case handling within the water and wastewater area
- Processing and follow-up of applications related to water and wastewater services
- Administration, use and further development of digital specialist systems
- Follow-up of residents, contractors and plumbers
- Contribute to the development and improvement of routines and work processes
- Participate in work on digitalization and efficiency of the services
The tasks can be adapted somewhat in relation to the competence the person who is hired brings with them.
Are you the one we are looking for?
You have:
- Higher education in technical subjects, water and wastewater subjects, engineering, IT/system management or other relevant education. Relevant work experience and competence can compensate for the education requirement.
- Good written and oral presentation skills
It is desirable that you have:
- Experience from public administration
- Experience with digital specialist systems and databases
- Experience with improvement work, process development or system management
