What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a clean criminal record and is outgoing, reliable and fond of people. You take responsibility, work well both independently and together with others, and keep a cool head when it is busy. The most important thing is that you have a positive attitude and want to create good experiences for our guests. Experience from pub, restaurant or service is an advantage, but not a requirement. You must also be willing to take the knowledge test in the Alcohol Act, which Budeia covers the cost of.

Budeia is expanding and we will soon open a completely new branch in Fyresdal! We are now looking for an outgoing, reliable and cheerful pub host who wants to help create a lively and inclusive meeting place for both locals and visitors.

We are looking for someone who thrives among people, takes responsibility and wants to contribute so that Budeia Fyresdal flourishes throughout the year. With us you will not only be an employee—you will become an important part of a small pub adventure right from the start!

This is a social and exciting weekend position that is perfect if you are studying, have another job or want a fun extra income alongside your everyday life.

About the position:

• Permanent weekend position of approximately 37 %

• Work Friday and Saturday 19:30--02:30

• Salary by agreement

• Workplace: Budeia Fyresdal

The responsibilities will include:

• Serving and customer service

• Creating a good atmosphere and taking care of our guests

• Cleaning, tidying and preparing the premises

• Opening and closing the pub

• Contribute to safe and responsible operation in accordance with the Alcohol Act

• Assist during concerts, theme nights and other events

We are looking for someone who:

• Is outgoing, pleasant and fond of people

• Is responsible, independent and solution-oriented

• Keeps a cool head when there is a lot to do

• Wants to and is willing to take the knowledge test in the Alcohol Act

• Wants to be involved in developing Budeia Fyresdal further

Experience from pub, restaurant or service is an advantage, but the most important thing for us is the right attitude, joy in work and the desire to create good experiences for our guests. Necessary training will be provided.
