At Klæbu health and welfare center there are seven permanent weekend positions available from 11 percent position, as some of our skilled employees are moving due to studies.

Klæbu health and welfare center consists of 60 nursing home places distributed over two floors, as well as a home care service that currently provides health care to approx. 120 people.

Are you the one we are looking for, can you provide good care and can you contribute to a good working environment? In that case it is exactly you we need on the team!

Klæbu is a district in Trondheim and not many minutes from central areas of the city. From Heimdal to Klæbu it takes approx. 15 min. and from the city center max 25 min. by car. There is a large parking lot you can use near the nursing home.

Work tasks

  • Provide professionally sound services to our patients 
  • Observations, assessments, measures and documentation
  • Collaborate and report with other professional groups
  • Contribute to good cooperation with relatives
  • Follow the department's routines

Qualifications

  • Nurse, social educator (vernepleier), healthcare worker or student/pupil in healthcare education is desired
  • Experience and practice from nursing home and/or home care service
  • Good computer skills
  • Proficiency in Norwegian B2, written and oral 
  • Driver's license for car (required if you will work in the home care service)

  • Motivation and engagement in working with the elderly
  • Good humour that contributes to a positive working environment
  • Good work ethic
  • Good collaboration skills and flexibility
