Frelsesarmeen's eldercare works to ensure that older people can decide over their own lives, use their own resources and feel safe.
Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ is a housing offer for people over 67 years, and consists of 62 adapted apartments with safety staffing, an activity center, a café with its own production kitchen and service offerings. Our offerings reflect diversity in content and expression, and are open to both residents and guests.

About the position
House host position 14,32%
Permanent position with work every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Work tasks
- Be the point of contact for residents, and assist with simple practical and technical tasks
- Be coordinator and link between various services and actors in the house
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities
- Ensure well-being and the environment in the house
- Simple administrative tasks
- Emergency preparedness and safety tasks
- Contribute to a good working environment with a focus on joy at work and open communication
Competence and qualifications
- Authorized healthcare worker, trade certificate (fagbrev) must be attached to the application
- Good oral and written Norwegian, equivalent to Norwegian B2
- Experience from eldercare and/or service work is an advantage
- Relevant practical and technical skills, as well as proficiency with the most common ICT tools
- Personal suitability will be particularly emphasized
- Police certificate must be presented upon employment
