Fossumkollektivet has 100 treatment places across departments in Viken, Innlandet and Nordland. Our values are hope, authenticity, community and movement. We are looking for a co-resident for a permanent position in a 7-7 rota / shift schedule at department JentePrimæren.
The Primæren departments offer interdisciplinary specialised substance abuse treatment (TSB) for people with substance use disorders aged 18-30 for up to one year.
The Primæren departments have a total of up to 18 treatment places. Men and women are treated in separate departments. We call the departments JentePrimæren and GuttePrimæren. The departments are located in Ås and Drøbak.

We are looking for you who have experience working with young people and/or substance abuse treatment. Experience with or knowledge of 12-step treatment is desirable. Furthermore, experience as a group therapist is an advantage and that you are confident in the role as group leader. We work trauma-sensitively and wish that you have experience with a trauma-sensitive approach. You are secure and professionally competent in your field. You will work with young people with substance use disorders in a non-profit foundation where non-profit and a high standard in the treatment offer are important.

Co-residency: The milieu therapists with us are called co-residents. The co-residents work and live at the department for one week, and have the following week off. This working time arrangement ensures continuity, stability and predictability for the young people. Knowing that they have the same people to relate to over time is experienced as safe and stable.

Co-resident rota / shift schedule: The working hours are a 7-7 rota / shift schedule. This means that you are at work for 7 days and have 7 days off. A 3 months co-resident leave is granted after 3 years of employment, and thereafter every 3rd year.
