Are you a curious, confident and clear leader who is passionate about the kindergarten's societal mission?

At Svartlamoen art and culture kindergarten and ReMida there is a vacant position as unit leader.

The kindergarten has 41 children aged 1 to 5 years and 16 employees who are currently organized into three departments.  In addition to the unit leader, an administrative resource is employed in a 20 percent position.

At Svartlamoen art and culture kindergarten and ReMida, sustainability and ecological principles are important.  This is reflected, among other things, in the building stock where multi-use and flexible solutions characterize the building.

The kindergarten is inspired by the Reggio Emilia pedagogical philosophy. The fundamental principles of the philosophy are based on that children are competent, curious and resourceful individuals who learn and construct their own knowledge in interaction with other children, the surroundings and adults. This is expressed through close cooperation with parents and a focus on children's hundred languages in the pedagogical work. The kindergarten is part of the Reggio Emilia Network and cooperates with the ReMida centres in Norway and Italy.

The ReMida centre is operated by the unit leader and is located in the same building. The centre has an offer for children and young people aged 1-16 years, but also receives visits from other relevant actors. ReMida is a cultural project that emphasizes environment, pedagogy and aesthetic approaches. The goal is to create a centre that offers children and educators surplus materials as inspiration for play and exploration.

The theme plan SteinSaksPapir sets the guidelines for how we in the upbringing area together shall create everyday life characterized by mastery, safety and inclusion for all children and families in our city. All employees and leaders shall work in accordance with the theme plan's knowledge base and principles.
