The Staffing Unit in Sunnfjord municipality is seeking a healthcare worker who wants to use their competence across the service areas in care. The Staffing Unit is a unit in Sunnfjord municipality that shall provide competence and workforce during shorter absences to various units in care.

In the Staffing Unit you will work with different people, in different units – from institution and home services to mental health and housing and environmental services. Here you will have the opportunity for professional development, good training and an inclusive working environment.

We have available:

  • 100 % permanent position as a healthcare worker

We can offer:

  • an additional NOK 20.000,- for working in the Staffing Unit
  • competence supplement for relevant further education

Work tasks:

  • daily care and environment work for the individual
  • professional work with observation, facilitation, motivation and implementation of measures
  • medication handling
  • ensure that applicable legislation and decisions are followed
  • ensure record keeping

Requirements for applicants:

  • trade certificate (fagbrev) as a healthcare worker
  • good communication and collaboration skills
  • good Norwegian language skills, both oral and written
  • approved police certificate
  • good ICT skills
  • should have a Class B driver's license
