Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in Norwegian and/or English

• class B driving licence

• Experience from professional cleaning will be given weight

• Experience with floor treatment, carpet cleaning, façade washing or other periodic and temporary services is an advantage

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning assignments and support operations at customers' premises

• Coordinate staffing and find substitutes during absences

• Follow up on and answer questions from cleaners on a daily basis

• Assist with training and guidance of new employees

• Ensure that necessary cleaning equipment is available

• Order and deliver cleaning equipment when needed

• Follow up on deviations and help ensure they are resolved quickly

• 60% operational cleaning and 40% team leadership
