At Best Pedagogisk we help kindergartens in Bergen and the surrounding area with skilled staff for short and longer needs, and now we are looking for more assistants and skilled workers (trade certificate). If you are a fully qualified kindergarten teacher, we would also very much like to hear from you!

You largely decide when you can work, which makes the position perfect to combine with studies, a gap year or another part-time job.

What will you do?

No days are exactly the same, but you will among other things:

• Create a safe and good everyday life for the children
• Participate in play, activities and routines
• Be a positive and present adult
• Collaborate with the kindergarten's staff

Who are we looking for?

You do not need to have extensive experience – the most important thing is that you like working with people and want to make a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged, positive and responsible
• Enjoys being with children
• Speaks and writes Norwegian well – B2
• Is over 18 years old and has a clean criminal record

This job is perfect for students, but we also encourage those who have a gap year, want a flexible part-time job or are looking for a meaningful working life to apply.
