Olivenlunden 1830 is looking for an engaged & forward-leaning store manager for its beautiful, new store here at Alti

Futura in Kristiansund.

What does this role involve?

As a store manager at Olivenlunden you are a central and important contributor as the outward face of our unique customer experience. You have a burning passion for product, culinary experiences and customer service. You are also responsible for budgets, profitability and the daily operations of the store, in addition to training, follow-up and development of your team members. You fit well with us if you are team- and solution-oriented, have a head for store operations and are a positive & motivating leader.

What will you contribute?

• Engaging and good sales interactions

• Ensure unique customer experiences

• Hold olive oil courses and participate in trade fairs

• Responsible for the store's budgets, goals and plans

• Ensure the competence and motivation in your own team

What background do you have?

• Experience from a similar position in retail

• Leadership and team experience

• Great interest in pure, authentic food & great taste experiences

Who are you?

• Commercial-minded and a team builder

• Enjoys good customer interactions and can translate this into sales

• Outgoing and likes speaking to groups

• Has good financial understanding and good computer skills

• Results-oriented and has high work capacity

• Able to work independently, and to achieve results together with your team

We currently have 18 stores in Oslo and around Norway. At the office in Økern we have a dedicated team of around 10 people and Olivenlunden 1830 has a turnover of around 88 million in 2025. Our ambitions are high and therefore we need you on the team to further develop and share our fantastic concept with even more.
