Our department has 9 beds, as well as 2 municipal ØHD beds for Ullensvang municipality. We work in an interdisciplinary environment and experience that we have good and close cooperation with both doctors and physiotherapists.

What does the job involve?

• Nursing tasks, procedures and observations.
• Provide pre- and postoperative nursing to the patients.
  
• Document through treatment plans, targeted measures and evaluations.
  
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure patients the best possible stay in the department.
  
• Coordinate discharges and work closely with the municipal health service.
  
• Supervision and training of students and newly employed staff.

What competence is important in this role?

• Norwegian authorization as a nurse.
• Must have good ICT skills
• Good Norwegian language skills, both oral and written.
