Are you a committed and professionally strong nurse or social educator (vernepleier) looking for new challenges?
Solhøy omsorgsboliger is now seeking a skilled nurse or social educator (vernepleier) for a 100% permanent position in a two-part rota / shift schedule with work every third weekend.
Solhøy omsorgsboliger is a modern housing form with 24-hour staffing, adapted for people with extensive assistance needs. We have 48 residents divided into eight living groups. In the building you will also find a day center for people with dementia, premises for the home care service zone south, physiotherapy service, café, hairdresser and chiropodist.
With us, individually adapted care is at the center. We facilitate that the residents should experience safety, mastery, activity and meaningful everyday life. We have a strong focus on collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary cooperation, and we are committed to developing our services in line with the residents' needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing and care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, nutrition and daily activities
- Carry out nursing professional tasks, including observation, assessment, follow-up and implementation of necessary measures
- Be responsible for medication management, medical follow-up, procedures and treatment in accordance with applicable routines
- Contribute to person-centered care based on each resident's wishes, needs, resources and goals
- Collaborate closely with relatives, colleagues and other professional groups to ensure good and comprehensive services
- Document and follow up measures in line with applicable legislation, professional standards and internal routines
- Contribute to a safe, active and inclusive living environment for the residents
Qualifications
- Authorized nurse or social educator (vernepleier)
- Experience with electronic patient record (Gerica) and mobile care, LMP, is an advantage
- Good Norwegian skills, spoken and written
