Nurse for home care with start early October

Are you an engaged and professionally confident nurse who wants a varied and meaningful workday? We are now seeking a nurse for assignments in the home care service with start early October and duration until the end of the year.

In home care you get the opportunity to make an important difference in the users' everyday life. You will work independently, while being part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to ensure safe and high-quality care.

Work tasks will include

• Comprehensive nursing follow-up of users in their own homes
• Medication handling and administration of medicines
• Observation, assessment and documentation of patients' health condition
• Wound treatment and other nursing procedures
• Guidance and follow-up of patients and relatives
• Cooperation with colleagues, GPs and other partners

Qualifications

• Norwegian authorization as a nurse
• Norwegian language skills equivalent to at least B2
• Police certificate without remarks
• A class B driving licence is a requirement in home care
• Medication course must be completed
