About the department:
The department is located on the 2nd floor at Søgne care center, and consists of 33 short-term care places. We have an exciting professional environment with a focus on quality, collaboration and professional development.
We are a forward-looking department that actively uses digital whiteboards in daily work. This contributes to good structure, effective collaboration and a clear overview of patient follow-up and work tasks. With us you will become part of an inclusive working environment with high competence and great engagement.
Men are encouraged to apply.
Upon employment, one must be able to provide a police certificate not older than 3 months.
Relevant diplomas and certificates must be attached to the electronic application.

Reception, treatment and observation of acutely ill patients, and initiate measures.
Keep professionally updated
Be jointly responsible for a good working environment
Collaborate with the department's doctor, hospital, emergency room, administration, home care service and occupational therapist and physiotherapist and relatives.
Be able to lead the group in the absence of the team coordinator.
Provide guidance to colleagues and students.
Be able to use the digital tools that the department uses at any given time
Independent, confident and able to make clinical assessments
Experience from short-term care operations will be preferred.
