As a customer service employee your most important task is to make the customer satisfied. Large parts of the day you work with providing customer guidance and product support for services and products that improve the customer's everyday life. It is important that you are solution-oriented, have good communication skills and enjoy having phone and email as your main tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Have technical understanding and enjoy using PC and telephone as working tools
