Formal qualification requirements
• Three-year college education as a Kindergarten teacher or bachelor/master as a child welfare pedagogue, special education teacher, psychologist, music pedagogue, sports pedagogue or equivalent.
• Approved education from the Directorate for Education
• Foreign applicants must have the Bergen test/B2 and approved education from the Directorate for Higher Education and Competence - https://hkdir.no/utdanning-frautlandet
• Approved police certificate (not older than 3 months) must be shown at start date (ref. the Kindergarten Act §30)
