I am a 44-year-old woman who lives on Tromsøya. I am a creative and calm person who thrives with secure frameworks, good routines and small activities in everyday life. I like to paint, take photos, listen to calm meditation music and take short trips out into nature such as to the prestvannet or the shoreline when I have the energy for it.

Now I will put together my own team of assistants. As part of my team you will become an important part of my everyday life. I want warm, stable and safe people around me in my everyday life.

I am looking for someone who is:

• You are calm, patient and confident when meeting others.
• You thrive in calm surroundings with predictable tasks.
• You are stable, reliable and take responsibility.
• You are good at structure, overview and predictability.
• You have good communication skills and the ability to listen,
• and you meet people with respect, warmth and openness.
• A health care background is desirable, but not a requirement, as personal suitability matters most.
• A driver's license for a passenger car is desirable.

Work tasks

The work is about contributing to structure, security and practical support in everyday life. Typical tasks are:

• Morning and evening routines.
• Simple cooking and light household tasks.
• Help with shopping and errands.
• Accompanying me to appointments.
• Calm walks and small activities at home.
• Support in creative projects.
• Contributing to calm and security in the afternoon and evening.

Working hours and position

I need assistants for:

• Working hours are primarily during daytime, often between 9-18
• Afternoons and evenings may also occur
• Weekends and holidays

There is a vacant position of around 50-100%; please specify which size position you are seeking.

Requirements

• You are at least 20 years old.
• You can provide a spotless police certificate.
• You are stable and responsible.
• You have good communication skills.
