We are advertising a 100% temporary substitute position as Base Leader at Linderud school's special unit, L-pluss. The temporary substitute position lasts from 01.12.2026-31.12.2027.
We are looking for someone who has a big heart for the pupils and who wants to make a difference for pupils with varied special education needs. You must have experience from working with autistic pupils and in adapting for individual pupils. You look forward to making plans for AKS time together with the staff, and you are good at being structured and orderly.
You work 37.5 t per week in the period 7.30-16.30. You work during all the school's holidays except in July when AKS is closed.
At L-pluss you will collaborate closely with 7 teachers, 2 miljøterapeuter and 11 miljøarbeidere. With us you will quickly be included in a group that likes to share a snack, smiles and challenges.
Our school is located in the Bjerke district near Linderud farm. We have 398 pupils and work for inclusion and to give our pupils the best possible starting point.

Responsibilities
- Make plans for AKS time- Facilitate work in accordance with the framework plan for AKS
- Work with rota / shift schedule for employees at AKS
- Call in substitutes at L-pluss for school and AKS
- Support your colleagues through guidance and close cooperation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, guardians and external parties
- Be in staffing with the pupils during school hours corresponding to 30 % of the time.
Qualifications
- You have a trade certificate (fagbrev) as a Child and Youth Worker, relevant higher education or equivalent.
- You have experience working with pupils with autism spectrum diagnosis and intellectual disability.
- You have experience with behavior management, preferably courses from HAVA or Verge.
- You have very good Norwegian skills both orally and in writing.
- You have good ICT skills.
- You have an approved police certificate. You are in good physical shape as the work may involve physical challenges.
