The home-based services in Arna and Åsane are seeking a skilled advisor.

We are looking for someone with strong commitment who will contribute to the further development of professional and future-oriented services.

The home-based services in Arna and Åsane consist of approximately 600 employees distributed across 12 departments.
The advisor is the unit leader's closest colleague and deputy. The advisor is the unit's professional leader.
The position is part of the administration. The administration and the department leaders have a close and interdisciplinary collaboration. The advisor is part of the unit's management team.

The workplace will be in our administration at Nyborg in Åsane, but it will occasionally be necessary to be in Arna or other departments.


Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the systematic quality work in the unit
  • Co-responsible for ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Co-responsible for ensuring that the unit follows internal procedures and Bergen municipality's ethical standard
  • Lead improvement work and promote best practice
  • Actively work to achieve the goals set for our department
  • Work according to principles related to trust-based leadership, co-created governance and active employee participation
  • Contribute with guidance for the department leaders within professional areas and systems
  • Contribute to good shift schedule practice in the departments with the aim of a good full-time culture
  • Receive delegated tasks in line with the unit's needs

Qualifications

  • Norwegian authorization as a nurse
  • Requirement of leadership experience and further education in management
  • Competence in shift schedule planning
  • Desirable experience in risk assessment and quality work
  • Good digital skills
  • Good Norwegian skills both written and spoken. (If you have a language background from outside Scandinavia, you must have documented Norwegian skills at least level B2 or equivalent.)
