Strand municipality is seeking an engaged and development-oriented advisor for a 100% permanent position in the education sector. With us you will have a central role in work on quality and development and the opportunity to influence both professional and strategic processes.
The education sector consists of kindergartens, schools, learning center, PPT and culture school. You will work closely with the municipal director, unit managers and other professionals, and become part of the municipality's advisory community. The immediate supervisor is the municipal director for education.

Responsibilities
• Contribute to quality and development work for kindergartens and schools
• Analyze and follow up results and management information
• Support the units in work on quality and compliance with laws and regulations
• Plan and lead development processes
• Have system responsibility for digital administrative systems
• Prepare political matters, assessments and decision-making documentation
• Contribute to collaboration and development work across services

Qualifications
• Relevant higher education at bachelor or master level
• Good oral and written expression skills
• Good digital competence
• Experience from kindergarten, school or another part of the upbringing and education sector
• Familiarity with public administration and relevant laws and regulations
