We have a vacant 100% position as a logistics operator at the depot for personal clothing and equipment at Lager Andøya, which we wish to fill with a dedicated and motivated person during the autumn of 2026.

Supply Department Hålogaland is subordinate to Logistikkregiment Nord which is located with personnel and deliveries from Mosjøen in the south to Kirkenes in the northeast.

The department ensures logistics preparedness in the Armed Forces and daily support of national and allied forces operating, exercising and training in the north.
The bulk of the deliveries are within ammunition, fuel, personal clothing and equipment, ICT material and accounting services.

Interviews are planned to be conducted in weeks 35 and 36.


Tasks

  • Perform work within the operation of the depot, weapons storage and goods receipt/forwarding.
  • Ensure efficient operations in accordance with standards/processes
  • Carry out material transactions, including receipt, picking, issuance, shipment, storage and disposal of material.
  • Perform receipt and deliveries with customers and civilian suppliers/transporters.
  • Monitor and control that the material has correct labeling and documentation, as well as perform transactions with reporting and collection of necessary material data.

Qualifications

  • Completed 2 years of upper secondary education.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse and logistics work.
  • Driver's licence: Class B
  • You must be able to be security cleared to HEMMELIG and NATO SECRET before start date (for more information on security clearance, see www.nsm.no)

Attach documentation of the driver's licence, as well as relevant certificates and diplomas when you apply.

If you have completed higher education outside Norway, this must be approved by the Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Competence (formerly NOKUT), and you must document the approval.

 

Desired qualifications

  • Relevant trade certificate (fagbrev) (logistics/terminal worker or the spare parts trade)
  • Driver's licence class BE
  • Forklift certificate (T1, T2, and T4)
  • Forklift certificate over 10 tonnes (T8)
  • Familiarity with the Armed Forces' logistics and management system (SAP)
  • Completed compulsory military service

  • You must have good cooperation skills, high reliability and flexibility.
  • You set high demands on accuracy and honesty.

You will be employed as a skilled worker (trade certificate) (position code 1117 without trade certificate (fagbrev), and position code 1203 with trade certificate (fagbrev)), with salary from NOK 509 000 to NOK 571 000 per year for 1117, and salary from NOK 524 000 to NOK 588 000 per year for 1203, depending on qualifications. A 2% legally required contribution to Statens pensjonskasse is deducted from the salary.
