Production Planner

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team in the south-eastern part of Oslo.
This is a full-time office role.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule production based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and priorities.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.
Monitor production plan execution, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to meet deadlines.
Analyze requirements for materials, components, and production resources to ensure uninterrupted production.
Requirements:
Experience as a Production Planner, Material Planner, Supply Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Understanding of production planning, BOM, lead times, inventory, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Will Be a Plus:
Experience in MilTech, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
Experience with NPI and production ramp-up.
Strong Excel / data analysis skills.
English language skills will be a strong advantage.
