What will you do as a trainee with us?

As a trainee with us you will get a unique and practical introduction to the special techniques that characterize Asian baked goods. You will become an important part of the production and will work on tasks such as:

• Contribute to the daily production of Asian breads.

• Learn about raw material handling and specific Asian ingredients.

• Ensure that the bakery follows strict routines for hygiene and food safety (IK-mat).

• Assist with logistics, packing and preparation of fresh goods for store shelves.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has an interest in food culture and Asian flavors. You do not need to be a trained baker, but you must have a strong desire to learn. It is an advantage if you:

• Are an early bird who thrives with physical work and a high pace at the workplace.

• Are curious about Asian baking techniques and focused on precision.

• Are reliable, structured and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

• Communicate well in Norwegian and/or English/Arabic/Persian/Kurdish.
