We are seeking a structured and independent employee who will have a central role in accounting and finance, combined with tasks within HR and personnel. With us you will have a varied workday and the opportunity to contribute to the company's further development.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a structured, reliable and independent person who has a good understanding of accounting and finance, and who at the same time enjoys administrative tasks and contact with people.

We believe you are well suited for the role if you:

• Have experience with bookkeeping and finance

• Work structured and accurately and have good control of deadlines

• Are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks

• Have good digital skills and learn new systems quickly

• Communicate well both verbally and in writing

• Are solution-oriented and like to improve routines and work processes

• Enjoy a varied workday and contact with both employees and management

Experience with Poweroffice Go is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Experience with payroll, HR, personnel work or recruitment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Relevant education in accounting, finance or administration is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.

Responsibilities

You will have a central role in accounting and finance, combined with tasks related to HR and personnel. The position will involve both ongoing tasks and improvement of our administrative routines.

The responsibilities will include, among others:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting

• Invoicing and follow-up of incoming and outgoing payments

• Supplier and customer ledger management

• Bank reconciliation and other reconciliations

• Voucher processing and documentation

• Monitoring and control of hours and payroll basis

• Preparation and follow-up related to payroll, VAT and reporting

• Financial monitoring and simple reports to management

• Collaboration with external accountant/auditor when needed

• Follow-up of employment contracts and personnel documentation

• Assist with recruitment, hires and onboarding

• Follow-up of sick leave, vacation and other personnel-related tasks

• Contribute to good HR routines and structure in personnel work

The tasks can be adapted to the competence of the person who is hired. We particularly want a person who can take independent responsibility for the daily accounting, while also enjoying varied administrative and personnel-related tasks.
